Air Transat Flight 236 leaks large amounts of fuel, but the pilots discount the ECAM warnings and the aircraft runs out of fuel. The pilots glide the aircraft to a naval base in the Azores where it lands safely, although at higher than normal speed and with limited braking power. The post-incident investigation determined that improper maintenance actions during an engine change caused a hydraulic oil pipe and a fuel pipe to touch each other, resulting in the fracture of the fuel pipe.

What a Miracle! Changing Water to Gas

Using water as gas supplement for vehicles is an emerging technology. People using this kind of system is claiming that they were able to improve their gas mileage almost up to 60%, making them able to save hundreds of dollars within a year on gas alone.

This torch is an oxy-gas torch. It burns hydrogen with oxygen. This equipment is used for cutting and welding metals, glass and thermoplastics. The flame begins a short distance from the tip of the torch; if the distance is great enough the torch tip can remain cool. Oxyhydrogen is also claimed to increase the efficiency in automotive engines. One liter of water is said to creat 1860 gallons of oxhydrogen.

So why use the name Brown’s gas for oxyhydrogen? Oxyhydrogen gas produced by a common-ducted electrolyzer has been referred to to as Brown’s Gas. It was named after Yull Brown who received a patent for a series cell common ducted electrolyzer made in 1977 and 1978. Actually, Brown’s gas is not used in his patents, the gas produced has been referred to “ a mixture of oxygen and hydrogen”. Bryan Garner, News Channel 5 visits a farm in Fellsmere that produces algae which replaces crude oil. Fred Tennant (Vice President of Petroalgae) says it is cheaper than oil, a lot cheaper. Arizona State developed this Algae and or process. Bits of algae fed with carbon dioxide grow dark green. From seed to harvest in just two days.

Flowing Water On Mars

MGS Images Suggest Water Still Flows in Brief Spurts on Mars

Bright new deposits seen in two gullies on Mars suggest water carried sediment through them sometime during the past seven years.

Liquid water, as opposed to the water ice and water vapor known to exist at Mars, is considered necessary for life. The new findings heighten intrigue about the potential for microbial life on Mars. The Mars Orbiter Camera on NASA's Mars Global Surveyor provide the new evidence of the deposits in images taken in 2004 and 2005.

The atmosphere of Mars is so thin and the temperature so cold that liquid water cannot
persist at the surface. It would rapidly evaporate or freeze. Researchers propose that
water could remain liquid long enough, after breaking out from an underground source, to carry debris downslope before totally freezing. The two fresh deposits are each several hundred meters long.

The light tone of the deposits could be from surface frost continuously replenished by ice within the body of the deposit. Another possibility is a salty crust, which would be a sign of water's effects in concentrating the salts. If the deposits had resulted from dry dust slipping down the slope, they would likely be dark, based on the dark tones of dust freshly disturbed by rover tracks, dust devils and fresh craters on Mars.

The images are the first to reveal newly deposited material apparently carried by fluids after earlier imaging of the same gullies. The two sites are inside craters in the Terra Sirenum and the Centauri Montes regions of southern Mars.

Description of Device Operation:

Plasma Fuel Reforming with PMC (Processing Multi-Carbons)

The bubbler is a tank containing a mixture of water and hydrocarbons (gasoline, diesel, kerosene, crude oils and others derived from hydrocarbons...).

The hot gas flow coming from the exhaust of the engine circulates by the outside part of the reactor with a strong kinetic energy, that contributes to bring up to very high temperature the steel rod (being used as heat accumulator) contained in the pyrolytic chamber. The gases cross the engine and penetrate then in the bubbler containing the water/hydrocarbon mixture. The vapor of the mixture is strongly aspired by the vacuum created by the engine intake and is pushed by the pressure coming from the exhaust. The kinetic energy of the vapor is increased considerably by the reduction of the diameter in the pyrolytic chamber (by Venturi effect). The combined effect of the high temperature and the increase of the kinetic energy produces a thermo chemical decomposition ( molecular breakdown ) of the water/hydrocarbon mixture.

The endothermic reactor forms an Electro-Plasma-Chemical unit (EPC) and it is now possible to create a high-output fuel coming from the decomposition of the water contained in the water/hydrocarbon mixture. This fact is confirmed by the presence of oxygen gas (O2) in great amount measured in the exhaust.

At the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), researchers are developing a reformer, which, like the KCB&H one, uses plasma for reforming hydrocarbons. The advantage of a plasma reformer is that it can use all forms of hydrocarbons, including heavy oil fractions. In addition, the plasma reforming can operate in pyrolytic mode (thermal degrading of organic material without air or oxygen) so that the carbon is turned into soot. This eliminates the formation of CO2. Plasma technology allows for a more compact and lighter design than traditional reformers because the reaction occurs much faster. (BingoFuel Reactor)
